i love donkeys

I love donkeys. Donkeys are really smart and affectionate and make wonderful companion animals. They also get along well with dogs and are very gentle with children. They have the sweetest brown eyes and long eyelashes and soft velvety ears. Someday I'm going to have one as a pet. I tell my husband all the time just so he wont be surprised when he comes home one day and I've adopted a donkey. I also plan on having a pumpkin patch and have been researching how to grow pumpkins. I'm going to plant my first test crop next year. Since donkeys also love to work, mainly at carrying things on their backs or sides and pulling carts, my husband thinks I should use my pet donkey to tranport the pumpkins from the patch in a cart. I'm not sure if he's kidding but I think it's a great idea. So when I saw this donkey in the The Detroit Institute for the Arts, at Matt & Alexis' rehearsal dinner, my husband wanted me to pose with it. My husband thinks I'm nuts but at least he's supportive.
