Flip This Condo Part III

The last major project in the condo was painting the dining room and stairway. We'd been putting it off because it was such a big project and required borrowing an enormous ladder and homemade fake step contraption that our friend made to paint his stairwell. As usual, it took longer than we had hoped, required more coats of paint than we had anticipated and if it had been up to me we would have hired someone to do it. But it's done, it looks great and I was able to hang my gorgeous new brown velvet curtains and the hardware it took me 2 months to find. Our blinds are currently being held hostage at UPS because they only deliver between 9-5 and aren't available for pickup on the weekends, which means if you have a job your pretty much ass out of luck in the delivery department.
